We love our American cousins. But sometimes they can be kind of full on. So we’ve crafted this beer to more British tastes. Made with American hops, it’s still got all the punch of a pale ale. Just less shouty.

Tap @ the Blues House near Camden, large sample, served in a big shaker. Almost clear yellow to golden color, short head. Aroma of citrussy hop, slight lychee, grapefruit, slight cookie and biscuity malt. Medium bitter in taste. I would consider this a session IPA, and a great one for it. Watched the sunday jam sessions at the Blues House, with a crazy Jimi Hendrix impersonator. Photobombed some Spanish tourists. Great laughs with a great beer :-)

33 cl. bottle from SB poured in to a Tulip. Unclear, deep golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, spruce, grapefruit and sweet, exotic fruits. Very fresh. Taste is bitter. Light to medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with grasses and citrus fruits. Slight caramel malts. Rather dry, very fine for a warn evening.

Keg at the Hanging Bat, unfiltered version. Pours hazy golden, nose is dry toffee, floral, taste is sweet toffee, dry, floral. 3 Keg at Spitfire. Pours hazy yellow, nose is cheesy toffee, orange, taste is juicy orange, dry toffee, sweet. 3.5
