Bottled@SBWF2014. Goldeny orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild toffee as well as some slight resiny notes as well. Flavour is rather similar, but very fresh feeling. Also it’s quite a big beer, for being only 4 % in abv.

33cl bottle from Systembolaget, Strömstad. Pours clear deep golden with a white head. Hoppy and fruity aroma with tropical fruits, mild citrus, hints of caramel and grass. Moderate sweet and fairly fruit with a somewhat modest bitterness. Fairly lightbodied, but tasty and refreshing.

Bottle from Sourced Market St Pancras and drunk at home. Bizarrely this is my 3rd iteration of this beer. Seen bottles of this almost everytime I have been to Sourced Market but always assumed it was the same as the keg version. Clear golden amber with a lasting beige head. Hoppy toffee aroma. Smells terribly fresh though. It’s a slightly hoppy but very drinkable pale ale. What can I say. It’s got a bit of biscuit, a bit of bitterness. Hoppier than your usual 4% UK bitter without doubt. I rather like it and find it very drinkable. I thought a little bit of soap on the hop coming back retronasally. Good pale ale.

Bottle(@Sainsbury’s; Cromwell Road):Deep golden, quickly collapsing off-white head; dryish grapefruity nose with citrussy and bready flavours underneath; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied to watery; limgering bitter-citrussy finish with traces of bready malt in the aftertaste. Disappointing, because far too thin…

Flaske delt med håndimportør Ovesen på Holmens aktivitetsdag september-14: klar gylden med fint offwhite skum med kniplinger. Nydelig aroma av bringebær og rips. Like deilig smak, smooth og god munnfylde, imponerende for bare 4%
