We love our American cousins. But sometimes they can be kind of full on. So we’ve crafted this beer to more British tastes. Made with American hops, it’s still got all the punch of a pale ale. Just less shouty.

Bottled 330ml. -at Le Monica's La Plagne Soleil. Golden coloured, small to medium sized white to off-white head, citrusy nose. Moderate malty, light caramel, citrusy hoppy and light to moderate strong bitterness in the finish. Quite good for 4.0%. What a pick in this village and even not so expensive. 4.5€

Clear golden, light scent of malty citrus. Taste has a decent malty base too, with zesty, citrus hop and an airy, bitter aftertaste. It's nothing special but it's crisp and tasty.

Can at home. Well, I had to try this at some point and I suppose my expectations were met. This is a standard pale ale that is nice to drink, but no real interest in terms of flavour or mouthfeel. Don’t get me wrong, it's perfectly pleasant, but I think Ihave become too much of a beer snob.

On tap at the Curator bar in Heathrow, Terminal 3. Pours a dark, clear, bronze color, with a small, beige head. The aroma is walnuts, pine needles, juniper, rye, and some caramel. Not too sweet, and harshly bitter. Medium body, hard, sticky, and clingy. Overall, this is a bit brash, and not very aromatic. Fair.

12oz can, blue label, pours a clear dark gold with some ringing white head. Nose has some lemon and savory herbs, then dough, yeast, honey. Flavor is the same, toast with honey, dough, lemon, a little paper. Finishes dry.
