Velo (that’s French for bicycle – but you knew that!) is a 4.2% ABV ‘free wheeling’ fresh pale ale brewed with cascade hops and an ever so subtle hint of orange and coriander. Developed at our very own microbrewery before being promoted to our main plant due to unprecedented demand, Velo will ride on the back of Le Grand Party on 5th July – the biggest party our home in Masham has ever seen!

Sampled @ GBBF. Clear yellow golden color, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly a touch of fruit, lightly herbal, slightly sweet-bitter. Average body and carbonation.

Cask - Light lemon and lime with some pale malts. Clear gold with a thin white head. Same lemon lime citrus with a clean finish. I quite like this.

Cask @ White Swan, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a creamy head. Has a malty character which is not overbearing.
