Bottle. Rich amber beer with a low cream head. Light malt aroma. Malt and toffee flavor. Medium bodied. Malt and light toffee linger with light citrus and light dried fruit.

clear glass bottle. smells like old lager beer. funny this is called a strong ale @6.6%. yes it does come across like a strong old lager. looks like a strong old american ice lager or mahlty likky. eepoe yeetah cohtah dah zoomie! Not impressed. Some weird citrus pokes its head out at the last minute.

Bottle at home in London with Chris. Pours crystal clear, deep gold with a small, creamy off-white cap. Sweet, bready malts in the nose, some ripe berries. Medium sweet flavor, sugary-bready malts, some plums, dates, other ripe fruits. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Creamy. Sweet, lightly dry bread to finish, some mild leafy bitterness, ripe fruits, berries. Decent.

Cask at The Wharf, Aalborg, Denmark
Red amber color with small creamy head, nice lace. The aroma is very mild, malt and sugar. Soft and round mouthfeel; it has caramel flavor and correct bitterness, with light nutty/herbaceous touch and unfortunately some metallic feeling too.
Waste of the good 5X.

Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. An amber beer with a fluffy beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and butterscotch. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, butterscotch, and spices, leading to a smooth finish.

Bottle, 6.5%. Malty and nutty aroma. Small stable white head. The flavour is nutty and chalky with some alcohol bitterness. It is as if there is a bit too much alcohol for the style, but it is a good beer nevertheless.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with rather stable off-white head. clear aroma of malt, caramel and fruit. Pleasant, balanced, sweet taste of malt and caramel, offset by a bitter hoppy note. Dry aftertaste. A decent thing.

Bottle. Rich, malty nose. Raisins, light port, some sweet orange, caramel, and a bit of cheese. Deep amber with a nice fine head. Malty and vineous. Lotsnof dried fruits, caramel, toffee. This is some fun stuff. Not cloying, but finishes dry and earthy. Smooth and full. Dig it.
