DESCRIPTION

This is Hepcat. A Session IPA. Our mainstay and our original. It’s everything the style should be – fruity nose, juicy body, bright taste. Can we humbly call it a classic?

Goes well with dancefloors and smooth moves.

Thuis uit een mooi blikje. (Uiteraard drink ik wel uit glas hoor). Helder van kleur, goed gelig schuim. Prima hoppige smaak, lekker bitter, maar ook fijn fris. Prima.

Can from Appellation Wines Comely Bank. Appearance - golden with a very generously fluffy head. Nose - light mango and pungent plant stalks. Cannabis. Taste - more mango, guava too. Still pungent overripe fruit, strong resin notes. Palate - close to medium bodied considering the style. Creamy through the middle and nice bitterness on the finish. Overall - the best of the three for me.
