Bottle 0747 (Batch 02.01) A hazed brown amber bock with a thick frothy and lacing mocha head. In aroma, intense caramel malt with pungent catty and floral hops, soy sauce, licorice, very nice. In mouth, a sweet caramel malt with dark fruits, with light soy notes, floral hops, light funk, very nice, alcohol warmth.

Cloudy chocolate coloured beer, with a biscuit coloured frothy head. Soft frothy palate. Tangy minerally hops surrounded by soft frothy malt. Not really sure about this style but the hops shine and it’s very drinkable.

Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a huge lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of dusty hops, caramel, wheat, and a bit of bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, alcohol, malt, wheat, and dusty hops, leading to a dry wheaty and alcoholic finish.

33 cl bottle @ Olutravintola Pikkulintu. #863: brewed 24.6.2009, bottled 30.7.2009. BBE 30.7.2014
Rather light aroma has some banana. Flavour has some ripe banana, alcohol, spices and harsh bitterness. Quite hoppy for this style. Dry and harsh palate. An ok weizenbock, but a bit weird for this style.
