Bready malty and herbal-spicy yeasty aroma, hints of grey bread, caraway, sage, white pepper, a slightly disguised, fruity touch of pear. Taste is dry, yeasty spicy, hints of black pepper, white pepper, caraway, a minimally soapy touch of sage, rather neutral malt body..
