Hazy straw colour. Thin head for the style, but I’ve got it in the wrong glass. The aroma is lemony and a little bit sweaty. The taste is tainted with phenolic electric wire and some wheaty acidity to cut through a slight sweetness.

Medium white head. Hazy opaque pale yellow body. Mealy orangey aroma with papery toffee notes. Dry, and faintly acidic, mealy orangey taste with toffee notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish papery herbal toffee aftertaste. Overall very bland. (0.5l can, Kvickly, Ebeltoft.)

(Can, 0.5 l, 20110706) The beer poured hazy and dirty yellow. Its head was medium sized, dense and white. Aroma had banana, spices and malts. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were banana clove, fruitiness and low bitterness. Aftertaste was next to nonexistent. Watered down hefe-weizen

1 liter can. Bubblegum, banana, clove, and wheat malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow color with moderate head and light effervescence. Sweet light orange malt and mild clove. Light body. Pretty weak - very little malt flavor.

50cl bottle. This pours a relatively light colour compared to other Hefes. It is still cloudy but more of a light yellow colour. There are steady bubbles and there is a generous head. The nose has the usual banana and cream aromas but they are fainter/drier than usual. The taste has more of the creamy banana again very delicate. The palate has good structure, a creamy texture (though not as creamy as typical for this style) and there is a clean finish.Overall, a lighter weiss but very enjoyable.

Bottle. Cloudy golden-orange color with a stable medium white head. Nice fresh wheaty aroma with yeast, banana, and spicy notes. Sweetish flavor with some bread notes and fruit esters. Finishes drier with light acidity. Rather light-bodied. Feels a bit too light but still a decent thirst-quenching Weissbier.

0.5L bottle, medium fluffy stable head, murky light orange colour, light spicey aroma, flavour of wheat bubblegum and some spice with a light but persisntent bitterness. Not too complex but correct to the style and extremely thirst quenching.
