(Bottle) Pours slightly hazy golden amber with small beige head. Lovely aroma of pine and citrus with biscuity hints. Light bodied and well carbonated. After a refreshing citrus foretaste, hops take over. They are the dominant flavour straight through to the finish. Whilst they dominate, they do not overwhelm; it’s nicely balanced with some biscuity malt notes. The finish has some very pleasant bitterness. Excellent APA.

Bottle from Taniguchi. A deeper orange-gold color than I expected, this slow gusher is topped by an impressive beige head that leaves copious lacing behind. The aroma is big juicy citrus with orange candy notes and perhaps hint of pine. Medium bodied with a semi-dry finish. The flavor is candied orange, citrus and pine. Not complex but a satisfying APA.
