Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Big Smoke Brew Co. We went big on the oats in the mash to make a big old bowl of hop porridge. Expect a big silky texture to this beer and heaps of sappy and juicy Simcoe from a huge whirlpool addition and 2 dry hop charges.

Can at home, 7th September 17. Pours hazy orange, nice white head. Aroma is apricot and grain. Taste is resinous, pine, apricot, soapy, bitter, grainy full mouth feel. Really nice.
