This is our brewery’s Heart & Soul.
Created to have all the hoppy goodness of an IPA, but brewed to a sessionable strength. Its intense fruit-salad character comes from generous additions of US West Coast hops. A full bodied and fruity beer, with notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, gooseberry, pineapple & mango.

Can. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some zesty and nectary notes with mild peach to it as well. Flavour is zesty, some quite bitter floral notes along with mild nectar and tropical fruit juice. Sweet malts too.

Can 330ml. [ As Vocation Heart & Soul ].Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, mango, pineapple. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, pale malt, hoppy, mango - pineapple, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160625]

Blonde, softhaze, frothy white head
Aroma - soft sweet citrus, soft tropical fruits, no malts
Taste of pale malts, hint of caramelised orange, bitter tropical fruits, lots of hops
Palate - Medium carb and body, soft sweet background, bitter hops. Finish - more bitter in the linger, very bitter zest, bitter grassy, long very bitter tail
Overall - Plenty of bitter hops in this, finish a bit aggressive

Many thanks to bobinlondon for this can! Absolutely intense fresh floral hop in the nose. The beer starts very dry with the body in the background. The hops are intense sticky, fresh and floral with a piney resin sticky aftertaste. Nice intense bitter, easy to drink with lots of aroma. The aftertaste is long, hop-floral intense, dry with a nice intense bitterness. Nice one!

Golden color, small white head, some lace. Grapefruit, orange peel, bubblegum in the nose. Light-bodied, Gooseberry, mango, orange peels, passion fruit in the flavor. Very good, fruity session IPA. Lots of flavor and even ok backbone for being only 4.4 %.

330 ml bottle at Ulfborg. Almost clear yellow golden color with white to off white head. Light malty and hoppy aroma, floral, grassy, pine, citrusy fruity, grapefruit. Light sweet and moderate bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.
