Hier braut sich was zusammen.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast, malt and caramel and a mild touch touch of banana. Very faint taste of malt and banana with a touch of yeast. Mildly bitter finish. Excessive carbonation. Doesn’t taste of much. A disappointment.

Bottle: Chestnut-amber coloured, hazy, visible carbonation, creamy off-white head, sweetish caramelly-fruity nose, yeasty aroma detectable, too; light to moderate sweet-sourish flavour with a slight bitterness, light to medium bodied, quite soft; sweetish fruity-wheaty finish, supported by sweet caramelly flavours. Nothing wrong with it...

50 cl. bottle @ home, bought in Germany. Hazy dark amber with a big off-white head. Malty nose with some banana. Taste is likewise but sadly a bit thin. Aftertaste is decent. Not a great dunkelweizen but considering the price a bit of a bargain.

500ml bottle. Cloudy dark amber colour with average, firm, frothy, off-white head. Wheaty aroma with an explicit citrus note and an artificial touch of Cola. Wheaty malt taste with a citrus touch, flat husky finish, lively carbonation.
