The initial brewing process with Krausened Lager is the same as with Budweiser Budvar premium lager. The difference lies in the fact that a certain amount of “rings” is added into the ready-to-consume beer, supplying the beer with a new culture of brewing yeast at its best condition plus another share of the extract. In the transportation packaging (KEG barrels) further fermentation takes place, providing the beer with different sensory and biological qualities distinct from the traditional lager. The tang is stronger or even strong, which favourably affects its fresher and more refreshing flavour. Beer experts will certainly distinguish a slight yeast flavour and aroma. The head is firmer, compact and more stable. The colour of the beer is golden yellow and the presence of yeast results in the beer being not sparkly but clear or slightly opalescent.

"kroužků") v nejlepší kondici a nový podíl extraktu. V transportním obalu (sudy KEG) tak dojde k dalšímu stupni dokvašování piva, které přinese odlišnou senzorickou a biologickou jakost lišící se od tradičního ležáku.

Fin gyllen farge. Tynt hengende skum. Lukt av malt. Søtlig smak. Mye for søt. Ikke min favoritt.

Tap @ Budvar bar at U Medvidku. Ohh Boy, I had a hard time figuring out whether it was the unfiltered they had on tap or the regular. Nobody understood English. It poured slight unclear golden with a lasting white head and lacings. A bit of yeast, floral hoppy, crisp and dry. Medium and smooth palate. Pleasant.
