Clear chestnut brown colour, tall frothy beige head, good retention, fair lacing. Shy aroma, toasted malts, brown sugar, caramel, spicy and herbal notes. Thin taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, burnt caramel, light chocolate, herbal notes. Sweetbitter aftertaste, liquorice and salty notes; light to medium body, watery texture, average carbonation, average.

33cl bottle from De Smaaktovenaar. Thick creamy beige head. Very hazy dark amber pour. Herbal aftertaste but not too sweet at least. Decent

bruin met licht kaki kraag, aroma van moutigheid, aards, caramel, fruitig (donker) licht,. Smaken zoet, caramel, wat waterig zelfs, matig body, zacht, licht kruidig, niet een echt uitgesproken bokbier, nog maar een keer proberen en dat wat lager laten staan, kan dat deze wat te jong was.
