The kiwi connections are strong at Braybrooke and this is a style of lager we all really enjoy. Bringing citrussy NZ hop aromas and flavours to Braybrooke’s Bavarian structure, the New Zealand Pils takes the Franconian malt and brewing process and adds NZ-grown Motueka hops. Motueka was originally known as the Saaz 2 hop and the resulting lager is a more aromatic and riper take on the classic Czech style - the very best old world / new world combo.

Tap @Eurhop2018 in Rome. Semi clear pale golden pour with a small white foam. Nose: some traces of butter, sadly. Mouth: frizzy with more dyacetil. Bummer
