Handpull cask at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Light to mid-brown, translucent with a small white ring of head. Notes of roasted malt, caramel, weak coffee in the aroma. Bittersweet taste, very nicely balanced, with a lasting toffee aftertaste balanced by earthy hop. A little bit of soft carbonation. Very nice.

Cask at tower hill draft house. A mostly clear deep copper with ruby hues, a loose greyish beige head. Aroma is nutty malts, tangy dried fruit, low must, apple. Palate is light tang, semi sweet, lowish cask condition. Flavour is composed of nicely layered malts, brown bread, rye, hazelnut, tangy dried apple, raisin, hint of clove. Not bad.

On cask at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - deep amber to brown. Decent head. Nose - light smoke and sulphur. Then malt loaf. Taste - toffee and dry biscuit. Palate - lightly astringent on the finish. Dry and malty generally. Close to medium bodied. Overall - not the best Cloudwater beer I've ever had.

Cask at The Hop & Vine, Ruislip. A dark brown/red coloured pour with a thin off white head on top. Malty, caramel, dark fruit aroma and taste. Quite thin and didn't seem like a typical mild to me but it wasn't bad.
