Keg tap at the Barley Twist, Nottingham. Reddish golden brown and clear with the tiniest ring of white head. Big notes of oak and sweet spice on the aroma. Tart taste with red wine and foraged berry leading to a softer finish. Light body, heavy carbonation. Nothing shirt of incredible.

On keg at Brewdog Lothian Road. Appearance - amber brown. Thin white lacing. Nose - strawberry, black cherry, Parma violets, earthy and sour underlay. Taste - black cherry, blackberry, marzipan and then sour funkiness. Palate - seriously long. Compact body, lean but very gradual taper. Overall - lovely stuff.

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 23.03.20. Dark orange. Not much head. Complex aroma and taste of acidity, brett, sour malt, leather, sour citrus and cocktail berries. Good! Dry, acid and astringent mouthfeel.

Ganglag for sjelen!

330ml bottle from Cheese & Wine Shop, Darlington. Hazy golden brown colour, thin bubble white foam head and aroma of woody oak, yeasty, funk, sour citric rind. Taste is sour, citric rind, woody, oaky, fruity berries, balsamic vinegar, red wine. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sour finish with slight biscuity oxidised hint. Nicely drinkable.
