An extra pale ale brewed with Super Pale Malted Barley making the malt profile very clean and crisp.
DDH stands for Double Dry Hopped and for us this means we dry hopped it with twice the normal volume of hops at two different stages towards the end of fermentation….in other words it is hoppy & fruity.
We have now brewed this beer 3 times, with the latest batch being 100% a cask ale version that was hopped with Simcoe & Columbus hops which offer a rounded piney citrus fruit punch smack in the face.
A clean and light mouthfeel with rousing hoppy fruity aromas and flavours flowing through every inch of this beer. As a cask ale this is an excellent blend of light carbonation, a clean body then backed up with beautiful bold hop aromas.

Some dry hop and bitterness. Probably Chinook. 🍋 hops. Soft malts. Ok.
