Just a bit too ashy and need more dry hops/whirlpool action but roasting is perfect. Nice job.

4/1/2020. Cask at the Spread Eagle, Ipswich. Pours black with a small beige head. Aroma of moderate roasted malt, chocolate, hops, light tropical fruits, grass and pine with a touch of coffee and caramel. Moderate sweetness and towards medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily watery texture, soft carbonation.
