Trockener, wenig getreidiger Antrunk. Säuerliche Nuancen, hell, monoton. Kaum würzig, zu trocken bleibend, dabei minimal herb. Langweilig. 9/7/8/7/7/7

50cl bottel as Apostelbräu 5 Korn. Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma of sharp grain, yeast, pale malt. Taste of sharp grain, rye, emmer, toasted malt, some yeast.

The beer is fresh and smooth. Malty-sweetish, a bit banana, clove, grain. Hints of unroundness. Interesting...

Cloudy golden color with white head. Aroma of cereals, bread, yeasy. Similar flavour. Medium body, little sweetness with a clean finish.

Bottle, 5.0%. Citric and yeasty aroma, not unlike wheat beer. OK refreshing. Hazy to cloudy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is sweetish and rubbery. Has a little wheat beer notes, especially bready ones in the finish.

Bottle. Pours murky yellow with airy white head (for some reason, MiP’s portion is clear golden!) Clear aroma of yeast, grain and hops, with a touch of banana. Sourish, grainy flavour, with pronounced notes of yeast and faint fruity notes. Rough aftertaste with sourish hints. Just like a less-than-average Weizen.

Bouteille: Golden, hazy, stable mid-sized off-white head, sweetish-wheaty to grainy-bready nose, backed by some yeast and a tinge of cloves; sweetish flavour with a very light acidity, nevertheless a bit sticky, light to medium bodied; short yeasty-grainy finish completed by an increasing tartness towards the very end. Sigh, who really needs such "brews"…

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Sweaty wheaty malty aroma with shy fruity notes, but strong notes of sulphur. Slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a sharp carbonation. Wheaty and slightly cara-malty taste with moderately fruity accents, also slightly perfumed; slightly sour and a bit tart and fizzy finish. Yuck. 20.IV.13

Kind of bland, not much stands out here. Compared to the Pyraser 6-Korn, this is a second class citizen. Pours deep golden with thin, but stable, creamy head. Aroma is faint, but malty, and taste is malt and cooked vegetables. Drinkable, but unremarkable.
