Bottle. Golden, larger bubbles, white foam. Nice crisp hop aromatic nose. Medium body, mellow mouthfeel. Lightly moppy thinner malt base, still chewy though. Broad citrus, gooseberry and grass hop finish. Summery, easy drinkable Helles.

Flascherl: Clear, pale greenish-golden or very hell, small but only slowly diminishing white head, lazy but visible carbonation, mild sweetish-bitter grainy-dusty nose with delicate traces of leafy hops underneath; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and a bit fizzy; lingering leafy and grainy-fruity finish. Nothing wrong with it, it has just got an universal taste...

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clear gold with a finger of white head that lingers. Bready malt aromas with more of the same on the palate. A touch sweet, but enjoyable.

0.5 l bottle from local 'Trink & Spare', best before December 2021. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, a little grassy-spicy aroma of grains, light hay and hints of lemon peel. Slightly sweet, minimally bitter, gently malty and a little grassy-spicy taste of grains, some hay and a touch of lemon peel, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a bit grassy-spicy finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. A textbook Helles, highly quaffable, very mild with a subtle hoppy touch.

Milk, bready malt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with moderate white head. Mildly sweet biscuit malt and mildly bitter straw flavor. Nice body and balance. Hopefully this will continue to be available in cans in the US.
