A smooth and easy drinkable Milkshake IPA. The lactose gives it body and a little sweetness. The nitrous-oxide saturation provides a very smooth head of foam. But it’s the use of strongly expressive hops, like the Idaho 7 & the relatively new experimental Sabro, that translate into a fine complexity of fruity and citrus flavors and give this beer its unique character and flavour with a tropical twist. They impart distinct tangerine, coconut, tropical fruit, and stone fruit aromas, with hints of cedar, mint, and cream. And it tastes - as described: pretty f*cking good! - if we may say so ourselves.

Bottle at home, hazy light murky golden colour, weird like Taksi. small head. Aroma is fruit, milk/lactose, some wheat maybe? taste is the same, smooth, pineapple flavour at the end. quite sweet with some bitter. not bad.

Mja, vrij zoet, melkachtig. Dus milkshake is wel gelukt. Met IPA heeft dit weinig van doen. Prima, dat is blijkbaar hip. Maar ik vind het een treurige ontwikkeling

Dunnetjes. Lactose niet te overdreven. Smaakt nog net genoeg naar bier.
