Historically Zebedee has been very popular within the shop however less so in pubs so we have needed to consider a lower strength alternative which could serve both areas. We set the brewers the task of replicating Zebedee at a lower strength of 4.3%. This has been trialled over the last month as BEER X.

1 litre growler from the brewery. Poured a clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malty, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light, fresh, slightly watery, gluey, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. A classic English Pale Ale.
