West Coast IPA brewed with a South African hop variety called Southern Star. The hops impart distinctive pine flavor with hints of tangerine and blueberry. We called it COVID-Coaster as each day brings a mix of emotions as a result of this pandemic. Crowler from Holiday Market. Pours a clear gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Big, bright tangerine aromas with lime, pith and papaya as it warms. Crisp and clean with a well-rounded mouthfeel. Good pithy bitterness that kicks in on the palate. Some notes of dank along with more citrus and light tropical fruit notes. Dry and clean finish.
