Fermented on fresh pressed Cabernet Franc skins from a local Summerland winery.
Bright red berries and tart acidity transitions to a smooth and creamy mouth feel, while remaining dry. Finish is long and complex.

Pours a very pale pink body, little foam. Buttery apple on the nose, nothing else. Flavour is a sharp and bitter apple, soft grape notes, tannins linger. Full mouthfeel, nice dry finish. Some nice elements but still kind of a mixed bag.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a quickly-dissipating white head. Nose is fairly laid back, with gentle wine barrel presence and a touch of apple skins. Flavour is more or less the same, with crisp apple skins, light acidity, and a subtle wine barrel character. Not overly pronounced or with much depth, but it's certainly pleasant and solidly made.

Clear gold with an orange tinge. Cooked apple and a touch of cherry. Dry skins, light red fruit and a dry finish. Light tannin.
