My last bottle from Erzengel - Cheers! 🍻🍻. Rocky off white head stayed on dark reddish brown body. Malt, cherry, vimto & herbal aroma. Medium to full bodied, smooth & creamy with a lighter sticky back. Malt, cherry, medicinal, raspberry & herbal tastes. Interesting & unusual.

Smooth mild beginning. Dry and fruity. Easy to drink with a fantastic fruity back. Mild caramel, moderate bitterness, fruity with a fantastic roasted caramelly dry finish. Very well made.

bottle from ebay. Deep brown colour, creamy off-white head. Full-bodied, very malty, slightly sweet with hints of dried dates and raisins. Also hints of chocolate and a shy touch of coffee. Smooth palate. A very nice Doppelbock.
