This hop monster uses Premium American 2– Row and a touch of light crystal malt to create a solid malt foundation. Five different Hop Varieties are used in the Hop Juice. Now dry hopped with Mosaic for great aroma. Starts out sweet and finishes with the crisp bitterness of a Triple IPA.

On tap at Brouwer's Cafe for Hopfest, pours a golden orange with a white head. Aroma of resinous hops, sweet caramel and some candied sugar. Flavour is very buttery with piney hops - not much else. Lots of depth to the hops in this one. Extremely enjoyable.

Draught at the Eni-Bru 4th Anniversary Celebration. Big citrus and fruit salad nose: great hops. Deep, cloudy gold-orange color. Sweet flavor of honey and fruit salad. Strong, great hop flavor but not too bitter. Just enough, I guess.

Hazy orange color, not much head. Smell pine, wood, lot of hops and bitter. Very hoppy taste, little too much resin and pine. Little alcoholic, dry aftertaste and earth. Smooth texture, yet heavy. Medium carbo and body.

bottle from ølbutikken almost clear orange, large smooth beige head. Fantastic aromatic malty, sweet malty, strong hoppy aroma, the aroma reminds me of one of my alltime favorites, ølfabrikken rug ipa, sweet solid malty base and a very strong hop profile on top of that. Fantastic. flavor is very sweet malty, white sugar, slight note of oxidation or something dusty, strong bitter hoppy aftertaste, Very sweet, very bitter hoppy, but balanced. Not as great as the aroma though. Palate is extremely soft, This one hit my soft spot for sweet ipa’s pretty solidly. Very delicious, but there is something in there i don’t quite like. Perhaps a strange hoppy flavor from one of the hops- i don’t quite recognize it..

22 oz bottle purchased at Texas Wine and Spirits in Carlsbad, California. Pour is a pretty cascading, mostly clear golden with a two inch light tan head. Aroma is citrus mango pineapple, lightly floral with toasted malt. Taste is the sweet malt, followed immediately with the citrus pineapple mango. Finish is mineral, slight ash and a hint of alcohol warmth. Palate is medium bodied, light carbonation, and a lingering slightly hot finish. Nice DIPA, managed the sweetness well.

1 pt. 6 fl. oz. bottle, as Left Coast’s Hop Juice Double IPA, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 9.4%. Deep golden to orange colour, moderate white head. Strong aroma of fruity and resinous hops, notes of orange marmalade. The medium sweet flavour has intense hops from start to finish, as expected. Notes of resin, pine needles and bitter oranges. Bitter and sharp aftertaste, of course - and the alcohol is not well hidden.
