This hop monster uses Premium American 2– Row and a touch of light crystal malt to create a solid malt foundation. Five different Hop Varieties are used in the Hop Juice. Now dry hopped with Mosaic for great aroma. Starts out sweet and finishes with the crisp bitterness of a Triple IPA.

Bottle split at Endo’s house, cheers to Jed, 24/05/13. Clear dark amber with a thin off white head. Nose is caramel malt forward, hops, pine, bitter orange, bitter grapefruit. Taste comprises caramel malt, hops, grapefruit, orange pith, grass, citrus fruits, pine bite. Full end of medium bodied, fine carbonation, agressive hop bitterness in the finish. Best DIPA of a day touring smaller brewers where it goes to show it ain’t easy to knock out a decent beer of this genre!

Floral hop aromas. Flavor is just a bit too much on the sweet side for my tastes--seems to favor the malt over the hops. There are the usual pine-bitter and citrus flavors at work. Quite a bitter finish overall.

Bottle - brought to a share by MrHoppy - thanks! Pours clear amber with a small off-white head and decent lacing. Aroma is pine and caramel. Flavor is about the same, lightly sweet, medium bitter. Nothing memorable.

Hazy amber beer, good pale cream coloured head. Softish palate. Fine carbonation. Smooth creamy malt base, a little toffee. Juicy pine hops with citrus, tropical fruits and a little grass. It’s a rich heady mix with nothing dominating. Finishes semi dry. Very very fine DIPA.

Bomber bought at Fred Meyer in CDA, ID. Pours cloudy orange with a thick cream-colored head with great retention. Aroma is cat-pissy, sweet bready malt. Taste starts out sweet for a second before becoming massively bitter and lingering that way long after the swallow. I was hoping for something more resinous and piney, but this is pretty good. It’s probably not optimally fresh.

Came all the way to Stavanger Norway to tey this one. Bottled, shared. Taste was smooth and not overly bitter. Tasted well below its strength.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks beerandbeyond. Hazy dark orange-amber color with a white head. Aroma of malt and resinous and slightly citric stale hops. Flavor starts sweetish and malty and finishes with strong bitterness and a bit of alcohol. Medium-bodied. Seems kinda old.

Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy copper amber with a medium frothy off white head leaving sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is a strong floral hop and pine. Thick mouthfeel with a light malt and resiny hops. Lingering bitter fInish. Hides the alcohol well, easy to drink, a very good IIPA from Left Coast.

Sampled @ SBWF on September 29. Pours hazy orange with a white head. Smell is very citrusy from the amarecan hops. It’s very fresh and nice. Taste is very sweet and malty. It has a well defined bitterness with lots of fresh hops in it. Very nice if a bit too sweet.
