0,5 l bottle. An unclear muddy orange in the glass with a mighty foamy head. Some yeast, and wheat, low banana and sulfur on the nose.Taste starts fruity, citrus and banana, switching to a more dry taste. Some sourness, yeasty, wheat, chewing gum, clove. Low sweetness in the background. High carbonated. It´s okay.

Euro2-Flasche: Golden, hazy, mid-sized and slowly collapsing white head; wheat, yeast, caramalt, turpentine and traces of baking yeast in the nose; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, not without a certain bitterness, pretty light bodied, quite soft; shorter sweetish fruity to yeasty finish. Not unpleasant, just too bland…

(bottle) Cloudy, amber colour with a big but collapsing off-white foamy head. Mildly bready malty and moderately wheaty aroma with hints of caramel, clovy phenols, as well of present fruity notes of banana and a tinge of pears. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft, almost creamy carbonation. Slightly caramelly wheaty taste with notes of banana and a delicately clovy touch; herbal hops tune in from the middle part, leading into a dry-ish sweet-bitter finish, which could be a little better balanced. Nevertheless a decent example of the style. 29.IX.14
