Aromas are nice traditional true to style Saison like tart yeasty bread grain. Flavors are not quite as traditional I pick up more citrus slight sweetness again yeast little to no funk clean and refreshing it's all right nice beer. Great body good finish.

8 3 8 3 17 Draft at Brody’s. Near clear golden orange with an off white head. Aroma of oak barrel, funky barnyard brett, vinous notes, lightbsaison yeast behind and citrus. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Poured at Shelton Festival, hazy gold with medium white head. The aroma is floral, strong brett, oak. Medium body, citrus, brett, oak, light dry finish, very good.

Bottle. Murky deep golden body. Frothy, off-white head rapidly diminishing. Aroma of funky brett, leather, light vinegar, overripe berries, earth. The flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter and lightly to moderately acidic. It finishes lightly sweet, lightly bitter and moderately acidic. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Taste of lemon, barnyard, fruit, pear, apple, sour grapes, Light wood. Tart finish.

From my brother: pours opaque orange with a white head. Aroma is peachy, bretty, sugary, and cery funky. Taste is bretty and earthy. Sweet finish. Fruity peachiness. Nice complexity. Light sourness. There is a hint more sugar than I would have liked.
