Bottle: Poured a cloudy dirty beige color ale with large white foamy head with good retention. Aroma of rustic malt with some dry Brett notes with some funky ester is quite interesting. Taste is also dominated by Brett funky notes with some funky ester with a solid rustic malt backbone. Body is quite full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Solid effort and something I wouldn’t mind drinking again.

Cask au Mondial 2014. Couleur jaune trouble, absence de mousse. Arôme floral, brett, malt, citron. Goût de brett, levure, poivré, cuir en arrière-goût. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen.

A murky blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, pleasant fruity malt with lemony hops, Brett, fragrant and perfumy. In mouth, a nice fruity and lemon zest malt with light Brett, very nice and smooth, even for the dregs. Cask at Festibière de Gatineau 2014.
