Saison with citrus.

Hops: Northern Brewer, Equinox, Citra, Azacca.

Additions of citron and bergamot zest which give it a characteristic bitterness. The additional pep of the Citra and Equinox hops is counterbalanced by the addition of juice from these 2 citrus fruits at the end of fermentation. A hint of Timut berries enhances the whole and tickles the taste buds without ever overdoing it.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a tulip glass. Sourish nose. Hazy deep golden colour, tall frothy white head, good good retention and lacing. Aroma wheat, brett, yeast, citrus, herbal and spicy notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, bergamot, hint of tart. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, dry fruity sweetbitter aftertaste, somewhat prickly, light woody (timut?) notes, husky notes, very nice.
