500ml bottle. Darkest brown colour with small creamy off-white head. Roasty, slightly smoky dark malt aroma. Spicy dark malt taste, roasty, with a slightly grassy hop aroma, salty aftertaste.

Bottle from Sourcrd Market St Pancras. Black bidy with no head. Loks a bit like cola to be honest. Roasted malt and some juiciness on the aroma. Better in mouth. Some choc flavour in mouth. Tasty enough stout but I cant get away that it looks like cola now. Its fine if a tad watery in the mouth

500ml bottle bought at the Sourced Market, St Pancras. Opaque dark body. Tan coloured head. Sweet dark malts to the nose, with bittering coffee notes. Roasted dark malts in flavour supported by vanilla, liquorice and offset by bittering malts. Fine drinkability (shared with friends at a hotel room in London, 20.03.2011).

Bottle, 4.3%. Mild aroma, sweet with a little liquorice. Dark brown colour, red shine. Small frothy tan head. The flavour has some coffee, rather roasted. The mouth is a bit weak, but that is OK considering the ABV. OK flavourful for the ABV also.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear and warm reddish brown with a small rough beige head. Very roasted nose, coffee and dark chocolate. Light body, lovely roasted accents with some slightly salty licorice. Some malt bitterness. Very easy going and pleasant. 200210
