Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Clear ruby body with a thick beige head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of caramel and cherry. Flavour of plum, glazed cherry and brown sugar. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. It’s perhaps a touch too sweet but I enjoyed this.

Butelka 0.5l (BB 19.03.2020).

Bottle that we picked up from the brewery following a cycle ride from home. Consumed at home Attenkirchen Thursday 24th October 2019 listening to Round Table Huw Stephens on 6Music. Hazy dark brown (conker) coloured beer with an off white, light beige head. Chewy, malty, lot's of toffee, quite an easy drinking Doppelbock, soft carbonation, I like this.

Bottle. Clear deep amber-copper color with eggshell head. Aroma is bready, molasses, caramel, a bit oxidized. Taste is bready, caramel, light molasses, burnt brown sugar. Silky mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Fairly dry finish, not too sweet. Good!

Dark amber with off white head - Caramel malt aroma - Malt body with a caramel flavour with a nice hop bitterness in the back to balance - The caramal malt flavour goes into the finish - This was nice

Bottle from Edeka, Rothenburg. Pours hazy dark brown with a small, thinning, frothy, tan head. Aroma of ripe plum, prune, raisin, brioche, almond, butterscotch, ‘carré confiture’, kahlua perhaps. Taste is medium to heavy malty sweet, lots of prune & raisin again, almost red jam in essence, a bit caramelly, brioche- & dough-like base, faint esters in the back, herbal bitter notes of green tea, some nuts. Dryish, herbal hoppy finish, but mainly malty (prune & dough), some warming liqueur-like alcohol. Medium body, creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. Very malty & sweet but nowhere cloying, nice sipper.
