Can, Clear dark yellow with a white head. Aroma of vanilla, spice, fun fetti. The flavor is lightly sweet, spices and vanilla, following the aroma. Kind of a weird beer, but not unpleasant, just weird.

150ml draught at Agenturet Øl og Vinbar. Patchy white head to a close-to-clear amber coloured body. Clingy lacing. Mid-sweet caramel on the nose, spiced. Almond and nutty caramel flavours with a distinctive input of cinnamon. Ends rather sweet with the spices lingering on. Cake-like impression, indeed. Okay en smaller amounts. (Tromsø 02.08.2020).

Can from Bert's Lightly hazy dark gold in color with a bubbly white head that dissipates rather quickly. Coffee chocolate and lots of spices. The orange at times overpowers the rest of the drink. Nice to try bu I wouldn't buy again on purpose.

12 oz. can gifted by my buddy Matt B. Aroma is mild orange, vanilla, malt. Flavor is the same with the addition of mild cinnamon in the finish. As it warms it gets sweet. Medium body with a low carbonation level.

Can (2/3/20) pour from Harvest Market, Bedford. Appearance is clear golden yellow with nice sparkle, thin cap of fizzy white head that resolves quickly and no lacing. Aroma is fermented apple/vinegar, cinnamon, nutmeg. Taste is pumpkin, nutmeg, mild tart apple and orange peel, nuts (if you reach for it). Not getting vanilla or cacao. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thin texture, flat carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, have never had King Cake before but it makes a lot of sense to me that this has a connection to Christmastime, given all the flavors, vs. Mardi Gras. While perhaps being a good nod to King Cake, it is kind of all over the place.

Can. Not a porter, has nothing to do with dark beer. Smell is slightly off rotten spiced beer. Eye is clear pale. Taste is just plain weird nasty spices. Rude, obnoxious. Negative nellie, Something must have gone wrong when they brewed this and then to sell it they just a fricken stupid name on it. Go figger. Can't get used to this happy BS.
