Tasting at Brian's, bottle
Hazy to cloudy, pale blond. Gently fizzy, light sweetness, there is a light lemony tartness.
Pleasant but very simple.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose is musty and earthy, with dry, fermented out honey -- seems pretty muffled. Flavour is characterized with dry, fermented out honey, some wildflower notes, and some hay. Dry and fermented out, with a touch of champagne-like effervescence. It's OK.
