33cl. Floral nose. The beer starts fruity with a mild sweetish floral back. The wheat is fruity, not too intense. Mild refreshing, slightly grainy with a nice fresh floralness in the end. Great fresh brew. Weizen-yeast in the back.

Bottle courtesy for Koelschtringer. Many thanks. My first Hopfenweisse. Pours hazy gold, large frothy white head, lovely lacing. Aroma is fruity, citrus, light banana and clove, malts. Taste is smooth, malty, resin, mild fruity, spice, wheat and a moderate bitter finish. Moderate body and carbonation works well with this. Wow this is great, why isn't there more of this style around?
