After the first two successful Röstigraben Brassin in 2019, Dr. Gab’s and Dr. Brauwolf teamed up again. This year we expanded our territories towards Ticino and got Officina della Birra on board to overcome the infamous ‘Polentagraben’. For this Saison-style beer we used Farina Bona from Ticino, which was fermented with Kveik yeast from Vaud and added Zurich Hops. Melissa from Ticino completed this unique Swiss craft beer.

To be honest, it is not my favourite of Gab's, of course it is a personal view. This beer is a bit rough at the palate, a bit sour and tart, dry and mineral, not enough aromatic and floral with the hop and the different ingredients, corny, 19.01.2021, purchased in one grocery shop in Lutry, in the old village.

Süffiger, mild hefiger Beginn. Leicht getreidig, kernig, spritzig. Moderat würzig, die Hefenoten werden trockener, kaum hopfig. Erfrischend. 10/8/11/8//10
