La Rochoise Blanche is a Belgian Witbier-type beer made from barley malt and wheat. Light in alcohol and slightly bitter, it offers a tangy hint and aromatic notes of citrus and spices through a subtle dosage of 3 hops and the addition of coriander seeds and bitter orange peels. This is a very thirst-quenching summer beer. Its color is typical of Flemish whites.

Hazy pale yellow colour, medium sized not too dense white head which disappears quickly; aroma and taste of lemon zesty, lemony, wer wheat, bread crusty and slight coriander notes; quite good and refreshing witbier

Cloudy straw golden colour, tall fizzy white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma wheat, lemon, gooseberry, yeast, earthy notes. Coriander, earthy notes. Taste medium sweet and sour, wheat, lemon, yeast, spicy notes. Dry sweet and sour aftertaste, orange pith, lingering lemon. Light body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Bit rough but very quaffable, okay.
