La Rochoise blonde is a Belgian-type ale that is akin to the "dobbel". It has a pleasantly malty character (3 blond malts) and a rich hopping (2 hops) which gives it a medium bitterness and fruity and woody aromatic notes. With its golden color topped with a fine and light foam, this is a beer with body that is nevertheless refreshing.
