The brown Rochoise is an abbey-type dark ale but with a moderate alcoholic strength. It is made from 4 different malts, each roasted in a specific way. This gives it warm aromas of biscuit and toasted hazelnuts. Two hops with complementary profiles offer a moderate bitterness and a floral and spicy aromatic touch, finely enhanced by a hint of liquorice. It is a beer with a strong character thanks to its beautiful dark brown color.
