La Rochoise Rousse, with its beautifully coppery color, is the strongest of the range. Harmonious composition of pale malts and special roasted malts (3 malts), it subtly combines the caramel sweetness of these malts with the more pronounced bitterness of its 2 hops. Round on the palate, powerful in taste, it can be enjoyed on its own as well as with a good meal.
