Hopped with Simcoe, Chinook and Cashmere. We have taken one of our most popular one off recipes from the pre-lockdown world and beafed it up from 4 to 5% abv. For the ‘Teach Your Business How to Swim’ release we intend this beer to be the Chinook Ying to Chinook Yang you’ll find in Potion. Here the pine/grapefruit/lavender teams up with earth from Simcoe and Cashmere as a balance to the big big juice from the London Ale III yeast.

330ml bottle from the brewery. Poured a hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, zesty tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a slightly light, smooth, super fresh, piney juicy citrus, light tart, light earthy coconut, light floral, dry hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Awesome!
