A second collaborative beer made with Brad Carter. Inspiration for this beer came during a site visit to the hop farm growing a lot of the UK’s most promising experimental varieties. During this we found wild pineappleweed (a pineapple flavoured relative to camomile) and elderflower. The hops used in this one are Ernest, Jester T45, Harlequin and yet to be named CF182.

330ml bottle from the brewery. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty, grainy, mineral, herbal, pineapple citrus. The flavour is moderate sour, light sweet, with a fresh, crisp, light tart pineapple palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
