This is a collaborative beer made with Michelin starred chef Brad Carter. It is a thoroughbred New England style double IPA made using only British hops. No Fuggles: Harlequin, Ernest, Jester T45 and Olicana all from the Charles Faram hop development program. This has completely flipped our idea as to what is possible with British hops - maybe we aren’t as far behind the USA as we thought?

330ml bottle from the brewery. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, zesty tropical citrus fruits, weedy nettle hops. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a rich, malt, juicy citrus, weedy, light pepper spice, light boozy, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
