Ever wondered what you would find at the meeting point of a Gruit raw ale, a New England IPA and traditional Khmer flavours? Well wonder no more as we have done it, Continued Disruption was brewed on a base of malt, corn and rice before sloekakrei (lemon grass), krauchsaech (kaffir lime) and chi krasang tomhom (Vietnamese mint) was added to the hot but unboiled wort. To bring in the New England component dry hopping with Cascade, Azacca and Ekuanot was done three times throughout fermentation. The end result is an extremely citrusy and approachable pale ale with an ABV of 6.6%.
