Refreshing beer with aromas of lemon, orange and coriander. It is brewed with wheat, for a more fruity, slightly spicy taste. The barley used comes from the Association de la Terre à la Bière . Association between organic farmers and Breton brewers.

bottle from saveur-biere. Hazy pale yellow, tall, foamy white head. Dusty nose. Wheaty, yeasty and dusty, slightly woody with a refresing character.

Clear pale to medium golden colour, small frothy white head, dissipates quickly but a thick layer remains, good lacing. Aroma wheat, lemon, cloves, yeast. Thin taste, medium sweet and light sourish, wheaty, light citrus, spicy notes. Aftertaste as in taste, light body, watery texture, average carbonation, acceptable.
