You’re the Devil in Disguise, oh yes you are!
We’ve been a little bit Galaxy shy for the last few years, but we’ve been working on process and technique in using this challenging varietal and it’s paying off. 🤑
This big ol’ Double was 100% hot side hopped with Citra, double dry hopped Citra, El Dorado, a heavy hand of Galaxy, and layered from start to finish with Mosaic advanced hop products.

We’re not gonna lie – this one is green and bitey, but give it some time and those beautiful passionfruit, peach, and grapefruit notes will shine through sooner than later!
Hop varieties / products: Galaxy T-90, El Dorado T-90, selected Citra T-90, selected Mosaic (DynaBoost, HyperBoost, Cryo).
2020 version: 25g/L of Kohatu, El Dorado, Vic Secret and Mosaic

Tap at Drinkoteka Sudden Death TTO fallout. Full body, med-light carbo. High bitterness, med-high sweetness. Lots of tropical, citrusy, overripe fruits. All over the place, not very elegant. Goodish tho.

Tap at Drinkoteka, thx! Murky golden body, off-white head. Peachy, bit oaty aroma, citric notes, lychee, bit full. Medium bodied, apricot, lychee, peachy, oaty, slightly stupidly strong bitterness in the back after the sweetish ester/frutiy hop fest before that kinda didn't fit. Still, okay.

can. mild, surprisingly mild aroma, mild malty base and a mild hoppy aroma that has notes of grass, also notes of green grapes. flavor is green grapes, sugary sweet but mild malts, sweet flowery mild, non-bitter hoppy balance. by far not the most hoppy can i've had from sudden death, taste is okay but also somewhat boring. Quality is high, balance is fine, it tastes like really good quality brew, but it is a bit boring and subtle.

Schwerer hellmalziger Beginn, alkoholisch. Geringe Herbe, weich, unsüffig. Fruchtig hopfiger Mittelteil, in dem der Alkohol aber nach wie vor zu stark hervorsticht. Langer Nachhall. 10/10/9/9/10/9
