Chaka was brewed with raw wheat, oats, and pilsner malt. Hopped generously in the whirlpool with Citra, Azacca and Enigma, Chaka was fermented with our house kveik culture and double dry hopped - lending notes of fresh melon and passionfruit. After fermentation, we blended in a small portion of our foeder-aged golden sour, with lends a light acidity.

Clear pale gold with a nice white head. Soured white grape and melon. Soured grassy and lemon notes.
